Integrated Management System (IMS)
The Integrated Management System is an administrative system that is applied at the level of the entire organization in order to achieve the integration and solidarity of the specifications in force within the company with the least possible effort and to facilitate the application of these specifications in a way that prevents repetition of work.
The integrated management system (IMS) is applied in the specifications that follow HLS (High Level Structure) or the high-level unified structure approved in ISO for the specifications issued from 2015 and onwards, where ten (10) main items have been standardized, followed by all specifications that are characterized by the unified high-level structure with differences in items subclasses required by each specification.
One of the most important features that characterize the institutions that apply the integrated management system is the possibility of carrying out third-party audits or audits of grants through grant companies for all specifications applicable within the facility in one audit, to save time and effort and in order to preserve the resources of the institution.
The integrated management system (IMS) consists of one or all of the following specifications:
- Quality Management System ISO 9001
- Environmental Management System ISO 14001
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018
