Quality Consultant Development Course A program specially prepared for those who want to work as a quality consultant for the ISO 9001/2015 quality management system. General objective

  • Training a quality consultant to plan, implement, and apply the system to various establishments, regardless of their size and nature of work.
  • Recognize the most important elements of quality management systems according to ISO 9001:2015 through a detailed examination focused on uncovering their practical application areas.
  • Identify the basics of ISO 9000 specification related to the definitions and basic terms used in quality systems.
  • Identify the international guidance specification for the requirements for selecting organizations for quality consultants ISO 10019:2005
  • Identify how to apply internal auditing according to the requirements of ISO 19011 and implement management review meetings.

Course details

  • The program consists of (60) hours of theoretical training, self-learning, and training workshops, through which participants will obtain the necessary skills and knowledge to qualify them to work as quality and ISO consultants and provide them with the methods and techniques for building a strong and effective quality system to qualify companies and institutions to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
  • Participants will receive the documentation and procedures system for the quality management system compatible with ISO 9001:2015 for free to be capable of implementing the quality management system themselves.
  • The course is offered online through an interactive training hall and live broadcast via Zoom (ask about in-person courses)
