Terms and Conditions
- The trainee is committed to attending all training days and hours and will be excluded from the program if his absence rate exceeds 20% of the training hours and he is not entitled to claim a certificate of attendance for the course.
- After the payment process and seat reservation, the trainee is not entitled to recover the participation costs except in the event of postponement or cancellation of the training program by the training institute or convincing justifications following the regulations and bylaws in force in the Authority.
- Respecting the rights of others and committing to good treatment of all trainees and employees of the training institute.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tranquility within the institute’s facilities.
- The trainee is committed to wearing the official uniform inside the institute and training facilities.
- Prohibiting the consumption of food, drinks, or smoking in places other than those designated for that purpose.
- The trainee preserves the institute’s property does not use it for purposes other than those designated for it and does not expose it to damage or loss.
- Adherence to security and safety conditions and the use of protective means in places and works specified by the competent authorities.
- The trainee does not remain inside the institute after the end of working hours except with prior permission from the institute’s management.
- Adherence to the authority’s regulations in all facilities and training places.
- Commitment to the start and end times of training courses.
- Commitment to parking the car in the designated places.
- The certificate will be uploaded electronically in the trainee’s file in the (My Certificate) box after the end of the course within a period not exceeding two working days after ensuring that all requirements for obtaining the certificate have been met.
- Preserving the intellectual property rights of scientific materials and training packages and not publishing these materials without obtaining written approval from the training institute.
