Program details
The original program uses a 60-hour combination of instruction, self-directed learning and workshops, delivered interactively via Zoom. The revised cohort timetable, final duration and assessment should be confirmed with Guidance.

Certification and the consultant’s role
We prepare your organization to obtain certification from an accredited certification body. Guidance provides consultancy and training; an independent accredited certification body performs the certification audit and makes the certification decision. A training completion certificate is not an ISO 9001 management-system certificate.
