Quality Consultant Development Course — ISO 9001:2026
This updated professional development program prepares quality consultants and QMS managers to plan, implement, evaluate and improve quality management systems against ISO 9001:2026. We prepare your organization to obtain certification from an accredited certification body; an independent certification body conducts the certification audit and decides on certificate issuance.
Learning outcomes
- Explain QMS principles and terminology with reference to ISO 9000.
- Assess organizational context, interested parties, QMS scope, leadership, quality culture and ethical behavior.
- Address risks and opportunities, quality objectives, process performance and operational controls.
- Develop relevant documented information without assuming every organization needs a fixed set of procedures or a quality manual.
- Plan internal audits, evaluate objective evidence and manage nonconformities and corrective actions, using ISO 19011:2026 audit guidance.
- Manage client gap assessments, implementation projects and readiness for independent certification audits.
- Apply ISO 10019:2005 guidance for selection of QMS consultants; this reference is not a consultant certification credential.
Program format
The updated curriculum retains the original program’s 60-hour structure of instruction, self-study and practical workshops.
